Selling

Selling a home in today's market is not as easy as putting a For Sale in the front yard. It requires a dedicated real estate professional who knows the market and can assist you in determining the best price for your home. Kurt Metzger and Dawn Leverett will provide you with a comparative market analysis that will highlight trends and conditions of your neighborhood, and help you determine the top price for your home.

Keep in mind that we do not control Location,   Competition or Market Conditions, but  can control    Condition of the house, Terms and the Price.

Below are just a few of the many complimentary services that The Seattle Home Team provide:

Comparative Market Analysis
This CMA is a thorough overview of the homes currently on the market of that have recently sold and compare to yours. It is a great way to determine when it’s the right time to list and guide you in setting the sale price.

Pre-listing Assessment
Before you start spending money fixing up the house before you sell, Kurt and Dawn will give you an assessment of what is the best place to put your dollar on improvements, and which items may not be considered issues.

Staging Services
First impressions can make or break your deal. Staging companies charge $1000 – $3000 a month to decorate your home. We offer complimentary staging service from our personally owned inventory.

Color Consultation
As much as we would like to think that people can see past color, it is often times the first thing someone says that’s negative about a home. Whether it’s a simple accent wall or neutralizing a wall color, our goal is to bring out your home's special features while keeping the potential buyer pleased.

Broker’s Open Lunch
The best place to start spreading the word about your home is to real estate professionals, and the best way to their heart is through their stomach. We have found that providing a complimentary lunch during a Brokers/Agents Open House brings the most effective group of folks into your home. The lunch is not only an enticement, but a great way to keep them there to enjoy what your home has to offer and hopefully relay this information to their potential buyers.
